I had placed an online order incorrectly, and when I went to pick it up, I found myself with boneless wings when my children wanted bone in. I asked if I could make an additional order due to my error and the manager stepped in, expedited it and did everything he could to make sure I got exactly what I needed as quickly as possible. The younger staff act like young staff do, but the manager was super helpful and kind and I greatly appreciate his service.
I only post reviews when services/products are abysmal or amazing. One of those times was for the Wingstop on Missouri, and it was only after 5+ horrible experiences that I reviewed. So although not amazing, this experience was a major improvement. So:

The girl with the red lipstick who takes orders at the front is SO NICE. Extremely helpful, was so nice that it was our first time there. She gave us menu recommendations and was very educational
