This Asian lady hired me off the bat, was excited. The first day was starting off so so, she does not have very good English skills. I understand some Korean not a whole lot so that helped me at times. But she was going way to fast, she didn’t ask for an interview or anything no questions just for my social security. I have a disability autism spectrum disorder, I have issues with memory , and I move slower when learning. She asked me to make a drink, and since I couldn’t fully understand her. Was moving too fast I forgot How to make the drink. She asked me in Korean.” What is wrong with me?” I don’t think she expect me to answer. Back to her, like I said, I understand some Korean. Told her I had a disability and it was autism, which makes me Learn slower, but I can still learn. When I told her that the smile on her face faded Tells me “one second”pulls up her phone and calls somebody. And I understand a little bit what they were saying and she was upset that I had a disability. I was supposed to be there from 10 AM to 3 PM. She let me leave at 1 PM so she could think about it. I got upset because on the phone in Korean what I heard was she called me Stupid or the person on the phone Calling me stupid. It was too fast and she was impatient and was very rude towards customers. This man came up to me and asked me if he could have a spoon, and she grabbed me by the arm. because she wanted me to look at something. I was cutting strawberries and some of them had mold on them and she told me it was okay . She also got upset at me for wanting to wear gloves while cutting strawberries so I cut strawberries without gloves.I was supposed to learn everything right then in there Next day, do it all on my own. If you have a disability. I highly recommend not to work here. She doesn’t speak very good English and it’s hard to understand what’s going on.

The lady there is rude as heck. The customer service here is a turn away for customers. I will not spend my money there again, where I don't feel welcome. She just walked away when I was asking her about the flavors and went right back to her phone.

This was my first time going there because I was craving something fruity. When I got there the lady kept rushing me and I politely said I’m still looking and I’ve never been here before she kept trying to rush me and eventually walked away with an attitude. At that point I was tempted to leave because the attitude and rushing was so unnecessary. Once I ordered I got charged so much for adding literally two toppings. I asked for a cup topping because I was gonna drive back home. She literally threw it across the counter. Very rude and although it’s decent I would never spend my money there again. That’s not okay at all

The old Asian lady always there has an extremely bad attitude towards the customers and is extremely rude she was yelling at me about the price when I tried paying and she try to knocked my hand when I try to slide my card.They really need think about changing there staff.

I asked for a second plastic spoon and they did not want to give me an extra spoon. We spent $35 for their boba and yogurt. Ridiculous!!!

The old Asian lady attending always has an attitude, extremely rude and always yells. . By the way everyone asking to fire her one of the other employees said she’s the owner. So what people have to do is report her to the health department and the BBB to get her out of business. Went today to get 3 yogurt parfaits and the mangos were expired. We asked for two yogurt flavored pomegranate and one chocolate and the chocolate one tasted spoiled. Went back to tell the attendant and she started yelling at me saying “Today” “today” over and over not even sure what she wanted to convey. Anyway I called the health department on the location why are they selling expired/spoiled yogurt flavors and toppping? It’s beyond me. It’s always these type of locations with the people from other country that try to sell just anything to make money. She didn’t even offer to change it or issue a refund all she kept saying was “today” If you really want to save your money dont shop here.

I went with a few friends and we decided to share a cup. We had a simple order and after we paid we asked for another spoon, one simple spoon. She started yelling at us that we could only get one spoon per customer, even when she had a whole bowl full in front of her. The yogurt is amazing but they severely need a staff change.

Some Asian lady was very rude for no reason, and overcharged us. She was also rude to the person before us. Reading the other reviews proves this is not an isolated incident. Why is she still working there?
