I showed up to yogo berry 10 minutes after 10 am which is when they opened! The lady that worked there showed up right when they were scheduled to open and she was incredibly rude and short with me when she saw that I was waiting for her to take my order! She barely made eye contact with me and in an irritated tone said " we are not open". She said nothing else to me, not even to inform me of what time she would be open. So I had to then ask her what time she would be open, and in an irritated tone replied "at 11""! I have never been treated in such a rude disrespectful manner! Mind you I drove all the way from Alamogordo because I had always had a good experience in the past! Well I will never again go to this Yogo Berry Franchise! I hope this post saves other people from being treated in this manner!

My husband, 2 kids and myslef went in for frozen yogurt for the 1st time at any Yogo berry establishment. He wanted to try the tester of 1 flavor before ordering and so did the kids, my husband asked 1st and my youngest asked 2nd, by the time my other child asked to test the flavor she was interested in the lady working behind the counter got upset and told us "NO!" sternly. Turned her back on us and walked to the sink, speaking angrily in another language. I was in absolute SHOCK! Never have I been to an establishment and been treated so rudely for no reason at all. We would have ordered 5 frozen yogurts as we would have taken one home for our eldest kido. They lost out on 5 sales that day and any sale from us in future. Never, ever will I step foot in that store again. I'm very disgusted at the way we were treated.

I was wondering why the place looks empty, no employees, no costumers. Now I know, yesterday I went to asked for a frozen mango yogurt, the quality wasn't good and the costumer's service was terrible, the Asian lady there was so upset because I asked for a napkins she gave just one in a very angry manner.

would give 0 stars if i could, the lady was very rude and looked miserable helping us. my bf got a smoothie that tasted like straight soap and chemical, was water and had bubbles. when we told her, she just rinsed the blender , put his drink back in, and gave it back to us tasting the exact same. i've seen a video of her fighting 2 underaged girls just a few months back, not sure how she is still working or allowed here.

I knew someone who used to work here and they told me all kinds of nasty stuff that is going on in this yogurt shop. it's unsanitary and there are bugs and nits everywhere. disgusting.

I wanted to give it one more try here but again the owner (Asian lady) was very rude, plus I order a mango madness smoothie and had a tablespoon of mango and the rest was some powder and orange juice. I don’t get why she is like that, worst customer service. I’m never going back that’s for sure!

8.54 for a small froyo with 3 topics is pretty uncalled for. Center of Froyo cup was air, so staff also aims to give you as little as possible. Not worth it at all unfortunately.

I work with an individual who has developmental disabilities. He wanted yogoberry and I was assisting him with looking over the menu. The little Asian lady who works there was trying to rush us even though we were the only ones there and we weren't ready. When I asked her questions about a smoothie and asked if he could add another fruit for an extra charge she rudely said no and started saying something angrily in another language. I again said he would pay the extra charge and she started mumbling something really fast and angrily shaking her head and pointing at the menu. The individual I work with was very confused and said he would pay extra and was having a hard time understanding that she would not allow it. She became more agitated after someone got in line behind us trying to hurry us so he decided to leave. He was very upset and confused by the experience.Also, this place is not what I remember it to be. They used to be very generous with their toppings when it came to the parfait. The horchata blended cream tasted "watered down" somehow. Very sad experiences compared to the past.

A couple months ago i went in with my daughter, we've always gotten the half and half, paid the upcharge of course, this time the lady working (the owner) refused to serve the yogurt. Gave us no reason just started yelling. I told her I'd pay double or just to name her price, or if she couldnt to just give me a small of each, but she was already really upset. She was very rude and started yelling profanities. I reported her tomall management they said they'd look into it, guess they never did, because months later and I haven't heard back. I did get a call back from one of the workers apologizing for the older woman's behavior. Let me know the rude woman is actually the owner. The owner works there because no one wants to work for her. Security also confirmed they can't do anything about her behavior because she's the owner.

Don't go here unless you wanna get choked out my the Chinese worker lmfao. She assaulted two young girls for no reason at all insane!!!! She says she's the owner. Definitely needs to be sued.

I’ve been sitting in front of this place for the past 30 minutes thinking about buying a frozen yogurt. The lady behind the counter touches money and food all at once without not even once washing her hands or wearing gloves. No thank you!
