Finally got to this Vietnamese restaurant at Solano and University. We the pad thai, pho with meatballs (appeared to be some sort sausage) and an spring roll appetizer (tofu, rice noodles and lettuce) which came with peanut sauce as opposed to fish sauce. This was a disappointment. The pad thai was quite tasty and the pho broth was the highlight, very flavorful.Accompliaments were sliced peppers and cilantro. Broth had meatballs, green onions, and rice noodles. Pho broth is worth returning for.Addendum: Returned on April 17 and they had fish sauce for dipping spring rolls. Changed food rating from 3 to 4 stars.

UPDATE: From a 5 star review to 3 stars. This place changed ownership a while back & the food is not the same. The pho soup is still good but everything else isn’t. Had to throw away 3 plates of to go food. Haven’t been back since.Love love love this place. There's another pho place closer to me but I come here cause the service is great, food is yum & the prices are very reasonable.

I rate Pho by the broth. This was A+. The spring rolls were fresh and tasty, but the rare beef Pho was Phonominal.Parking: parking is behind the building.

Great Pho for a small town. Broth is really good 4.5/5. Meatballs are good, and so is rare beef, but skimpy with the meat. No Thai Basil, just Cilantro and no Asian soup spoons, just regular tablespoon! Egg rolls were hot and fresh, good fish sauce on the side. Dumplings were really good too!Don't expect friendly service here, not unfriendly just very muted, reminded me of being in Japan and feeling like they didn't like or just tolerate you. Building is a little dated but not bad, it's clean.Best Pho in Las Cruces, tried all 3 restaurants that have Pho in Cruces.

This place is absolutely yummy times 10 I from Texas, and I only eat 2 places because I'm so picky about my Beef Pho, so this place matched my expectations. I'm so happy since I am so far from home. But it is so nice that I can drive and have this one. I love it so much highly recommended. It's a must try!!!

Very expensive price for the below average quality of pho soup. Size is very small with only a couple pieces of beef. Charge ~$6 for Thai tea and it's 80% ice cube with 20% drink. Service is pretty bad and the place is not clean. Ended up paying almost $30 for a pho soup with the thai tea. I've traveled across USA for many places and I've seen many shabby pho restaurant. This place is the new low to me. I was lured to this place after seeing many 5 star ratings, and I'd say it's a total scam.

Overall it is very pricy for a pho store. The food quality is just so so. The store condition is out dated. The pho size is small (little meat) and the Thai tea $5.75 is full of ice.The service is pretty bad and miss some orders.

The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful, and the pho was pretty good. It was a little simple as far as pho goes, but the broth was nice and flavorful. The price was decent ~$14 for a bowl that easily fed me for two meals. But the place itself could also use a bit of a makeover. It looks like a real hole in the wall.I’ll definitely be back to try more on the menu! They have a lot of stuff other than pho, too.
