Waited 5 minutes to order. Kid kept asking me to hold on a second. Tried to leave and got stuck in the drive through behind the person that did order and waited another 10 minutes. Rediculous!!!

First off, Arby's here in Las Vegas NM used to be my favorite fast food restaurant but it's gone down hill in every aspec. My last 2 visited food was wrong or missing. Last night we got the new steak sandwich advertised on tv. What we got where these tired little smashed down sandwiches the size of a little breakfast burrito with hardly any meat in them and melted cheese or sausage all over the outside of the bun, it was in no way appetizing or enjoyable to eat. Very disappointed and who ever owns this Arby's should be embarrassed by the product their putting out. Another fast food restaurant around here I won't be patronizing anymore.

Went to Arbys last night around 8, ordered a bacon and swiss chicken sandwich, the chicken patty was dark gray, almost black and rock hard, ordered a sweet brisket sandwich, unwrapped it to a horrible tuna smell, did not eat that either. Ordered curly fries with both of em, recieved crinkle cut which i didnt even realize arbys had but they had so much salt on them, they werent edible. I will say the mac nd cheese side i ordered was surprisingly good but maybe thats because my gf and I weren't able to eat anything else i ordered. Also payed the dollar for 2 packs of the new hot bbq sauce and didn't even get those. 1st time going to this Arbys and it will definitely be my last. Cant waste $30 just to have to leave the house again and go buy food from somwhere else.

Stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat before getting on the road to Colorado. My mozzarella sticks where a bit greasy and had to toss them but my turkey bacon ranch was delicious
