I think you should speak to some of your workers because when I was getting my food from the window I could hear two of your workers speaking bad about the worker that was handing me the food and they where saying some horrible things about him. Sounds like there isn’t a good atmosphere if they are speaking down on a young guy meanwhile they both looked older. I don’t know sounds like a little bit of jealousy that they think speaking down on a younger person is funny. Maybe you need to get better workers that don’t talk bad about others especially the younger ones.

We ate there all the time then several months ago got sick from the food 2 different times then on our last visit we found mouse turds in our to go bag. We left never to return again.

Husband ordered me wrong sandwich as i was talking cheese off, lady asked if we were ok? Told her my husband got me wrong sandwich :( she made my order right and got me the classic roast beef 😊i wanted....yay! great customer service 😊thanks Arbys

Awesome, speedy service!! We went in and placed a large (14 sandwiches) to-go order and they had it out to us in 5 minutes flat! Great service!

Placed an online order at 9 when they opened showed up at 9:06 but I got no response. Waited about 10 minutes and they finally responded, while I was waiting I noticed the building and parking lot are really worn down and not taken care of! When they answered, the manager was super friendly and apologized profusely, food came out fresh and the manager made a not so great experience better and I appreciated that.

Waited 5 minutes to order. Kid kept asking me to hold on a second. Tried to leave and got stuck in the drive through behind the person that did order and waited another 10 minutes. Rediculous!!!

First off, Arby's here in Las Vegas NM used to be my favorite fast food restaurant but it's gone down hill in every aspec. My last 2 visited food was wrong or missing. Last night we got the new steak sandwich advertised on tv. What we got where these tired little smashed down sandwiches the size of a little breakfast burrito with hardly any meat in them and melted cheese or sausage all over the outside of the bun, it was in no way appetizing or enjoyable to eat. Very disappointed and who ever owns this Arby's should be embarrassed by the product their putting out. Another fast food restaurant around here I won't be patronizing anymore.
