Based on the reviews, Big Papa's Diner is a diamond in the rough in Las Vegas. The food is amazing, with the tacos being the best tacos in a long time and the birria tacos the best ever had. The quesabirria is absolutely amazing, and the NM-style Philly steak and Philly cheesesteak sandwich are delicious. The fries are super crispy, fluffy inside, and addictive. Portions are large, with big man servings, and the prices are excellent. The service is friendly and great. The owner offered a taco made for himself. It is a must stop when passing through Las Vegas, New Mexico.
