Loved the ribs. The small is enough for one person. The cornbread was delicious along with the baked beans and potato salad. Only one person was working today and he was also the cook. Other people showed up and you can tell they were all very comfortable there.
We've been searching for a good place in Las Vegas to eat on our travels through town when going to NM.
We've been mostly disappointed with either the limited hours of most restaurants, and/or the below average food and service.

Cool hole in the wall! Nice menu, clean, friendly, can't say enough good about this team.
When I was there, Darren was working alone, waiting and cooking, because the other person had an emergency. The place got smoky, but there's outdoor seating. They're really trying here, and living the dream when it all works out!
