Absolutely disgusting! If you want a dry burger with rotten veggies come here. The inside was very dirty trash everywhere, bathrooms were out of paper towels and toilet paper. Saw the young lady using her hands to scoop the frys. So gross!

Orders are not taken as they get them ordered 4 burritos and have waited over 45 minutes and still waiting. If traveling would not stop at this location its quite a ways in town and at least a 45 min on a simple order.

Super disappointed in this experience! First timer, driving through and needed nourishment. Blake's had the highest ratings of all the fast food options in the area, and I never been there and was interested in trying it. I think I had our old fries. The burger was fair. But the booby trapped drink where the lid didn't stay on and I went to grab it out of my center console lost the grip and spilled it all over my steering wheel, dashboard and floor in my car. Thanks for the sticky mess! I don't travel through Las Vegas, New Mexico but once every few years, this is going to stick in my head.

The screens were not working, so I could not see a menu to compare my options. They had no catsup available, so we had to ask the staff to open a box and get some. The burgers were ok. But not great. Parking was a problem, but the few customers indicated that the staff had taken all the spaces.

The burger was thin and dry. They were out of Pepsi in the soda machine. The lettuce, tomato and onion on the burger were plentiful.
Interesting little fact: single ply toilet paper in the bathroom.

Two days later, today, I got a call from lotaburger who claimed to not have access to this here Google review? She asked me lots of questions that I answered in this review, as seen below. I ended up reading it to be and she replied with, I'll share this with my manager lol.
9:30pm, no customers, eight employees chilling in lobby. Food ordered, everyone busy for 5 minutes then all employees disappeared in back somewhere. Restroom hasn't been cleaned so day. Cool historical pictures and fresh clean entrees entrance area. Nice music playing and great lighting.
