The burger I consumed was great, but the dining area was disgusting. I had to clean the table and where I sat before enjoying my meal. The potato pieces that come with the meal are amazing. I genuinely enjoyed them very much. They were very soft, hot (not burning), and very flavorful. My New Mexico Style burger meat was extremely tender and had a great temperature to it, as well. The green chile pieces added flavor and spice that were enjoyable.
First off, I LOVE Blake's, however, at the Las Vegas location, you guys need to step it up. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and got a cold burrito that was incorrect. They forgot the sausage. Management could be a million times better. I would have gone in to complain if I wasn't already half an hour late to work because of this. The only other location I know of that consistently performs this poorly is one of the Coors locations in Albuquerque. Do better guys,...
