The new night crew is AWESOME! Brooke was on the drive thru and she was very nice and courteous, the food was fresh and we didn't wait very long. SUPER FRIENDLY!!!

On December 23rd, I went to this establishment around 12:00 p.m. to have lunch with my children. While we were there, we noticed that something was happening in the kitchen. The employee who constantly claims to be a manager, I think his name is Valentin, almost assaulted the woman who works in the kitchen. If it had not been for another employee who stepped in and stopped him, I don’t know what would have happened. He was extremely agitated and was yelling aggressively at his coworkers. Some customers even tried to intervene and asked him to calm down, but he began threatening them as well. I had to leave because my children were genuinely terrified.

I truly thought he had already been fired, but to my surprise, yesterday I went back to order food there and he was working again. I dont understand what corporate is waiting for to permanently terminate his employment. He is extremely dangerous, both to customers and to his coworkers.

I hope immediate action is taken.

Legitimately, this location should be closed down.

They do not have enough staff so safely operate even it seems.

Lines are long, building is often closed. Drive through can take 30+ minutes.

Food is cold or under cooked..

Find another spot to eat, or better yet, just stop by to get gas nearby and move along to the next towns over.

Christopher was so professional and friendly. His energy and vibes were on point regardless how busy he was. My granddaughter wanted chicken fingers with her meal and he made it happen! Excellent service!! You don’t get that kind of service anymore…. anywhere!

By far the worst experience I have ever had at burger King. Manager was in no way leadership material. Did not know how to use the register. Could not find menu items. Has horrible customer skills and is a horrible reflection of the organization. I would ask that when a customer corrects this manager this manager doesn't respond these entitled people are to much.
