Café Colibri offers local art, handmade goods, and local quirky goodness. The staff is super friendly, with super friendly owners and great service. The baked goods are absolutely extraordinary, with an apple tart-like delicacy featuring fresh apples in a light, tasty crust. The menu has delicious coffee, americanos, a green chile chicken croissant, salmon lox bagel with capers, a chocolate treat, and a waffle. Portions were good, everything was flavorful, and the coffee was amazing. The cafe offers live music, gifts, and art in the attached mercantile. Highly recommended.
