The white chick with blonde hair is rude and isn't the brightest. If you're gonna have a bad attitude and give people the wrong stuff, why even go in to work? Everyone else here is great though and their coffee is awesome
I pulled up and the employees were on their phones. I mean, cool. It was dead. I waited for a couple minutes before they even saw me. When they did see me and confirmed my order with me three times, my drink was made wrong. I was handed a sugar free drink when that wasn’t what I ordered. I told them and it was laughed off as “sorry, not sure why I said that—it’s definitely not”. I drove away and it definitely was lol. Usually they are on top of their customer service....
