Dairy Queen Grill & Chill -- Curbside pick-up & Drive thru!

I really wish they would work as a team. It just seems like complete confusion. Everyone is running around with nowhere to go. Food is always cold when it’s received. Orders are always wrong. Definitely need new management. The people are always nice they are not the problem. It just seems really chaotic.

We waited and drive through forever and when we finally got our ice cream our Banana Split was literally like milk in a bowl and when asked to remake it the employee got upset and had attitude.

Our ice cream was melted our order was wrong and the lobby wasn't open they didn't fix our order and were not friendly at all the girls at the window were rude.

This place used to be very good. Now it’s gone down so bad. Horrible service, rude workers. Waited in line for about 30 minutes. Didn’t have a milk for a kids meal, and my kids meal and adults chicken strips were sad to look at. A large fries was half full, they didn’t give me all my drinks at first had to remind them what i had ordered. Ice cream cones were all melted when we got them. Two girls and one guy standing at the register all eating ice cream on their phones, could care less about customers. Will not eat here again, would suggest going to the DQ on Columbia and Grand Avenue better service and food.

Worst customer service from the manager or owner every time we go in, the rest of the staff is very polite but I would expect more from management.

Talked to a young lady today at this dairy queen she said her name was Jay, very respectful girl with great customer service. Helped me very quickly! I can tell shes a very hard working girl compared to some other workers.

Went to this dairy queen today there was a girl in a true religion shirt who was very disrespectful and lacked teamwork, she was on her phone while the rest were helping. Very unprofessional and shouldnt be working if she cant do her job correctly. Came aross this girl mutiple times at this dairy queen and each time she just stands around doing nothing, Kept wanting to give it a try and the customer service from this specific female lacks human decency. Wasnt going to leave a review but this was unacceptable. Wont be coming here again.

Took 15 minutes to take my order. Someone with a mobile order came in after me then changed their order. Really frustrating. Floor is sticky and gross.
