The staff literally sits at the window smoking cannabis carts And then have the audacity to tell you that you're wrong because they didn't understand your order properly. It's not that hard to put soda in a cup when someone orders a meal you don't tell them that meals don't come with drinks because you're too lazy to do it
We don’t appreciate management letting kids hit their marijuana vapes in front of everyone :) then they’re too stoned to remember the order

Went to this location and yet again it's a disappointment. If the other location stayed open longer I'd rather go order at the one off grand. So many times has this location on 7th served cold old fries not only did I pay for two 6 piece baskets and get jipped for 4 pieces of chicken but when I asked for my water the girl says she would have to charge me over 3 dollars for each water. So not only do I get the pleasure of eating old crappy food but overpaying for food I didn't even get is ridiculous and you want to charge me even more for water but you can't even complete my full order. Pure laziness and no pride in your work. And to top it all off I live right outside of city limits so it's not like I can go back and get my order fixed. It's amazing how fast the ice cream melts too as soon as she handed it to me it was already looking watery just like the white water gravy they serve for the small pieces of chicken (strips) they supposedly serve. My toast was not even toast either it was a soggy piece of buttery bread. I wish I could also leave no stars. This location is trash 🗑
I used to love this place as a kid, and I sympathize with people that work fast food especially when people would put care into what they'd do in their work. As of lately though, this Dairy Queen has lost its love in its creations and it's service, the younger workers gossip as customers wait at the drive-thru, letting the ice-cream melt as the manager has to scold the workers for being inattentive. I get it entirely I've worked around town for minimum wage, but never have I let that stop me from putting TLC into what I do. It's what you're signing up for as a worker to get experience to further yourself in future careers. It's so sad to see this place get so run down in only the span of a year. I miss the old original staff, and the beauty in their work. I'd never get an ice-cream cake or half the sweet treats I'd get here as a kid, especially not for the price it is, since you're unfornutely getting half the quality. The food is still okay.

Waited forever in line for just a couple of items, ordered the NY strawberry cheesecake blizzard and they didn’t even put any strawberries in it. Just vanilla ice cream with cheesecake bites, wasn’t too mad about that until I got to the fries. Waited more than 10 minutes in line for old, dry, cold fries. Just a bunch of teenagers messing around in there.

Slow service, unprofessional attitudes, failure to inform customers of issues until they are finished ordering, and an unwillingness of the management to make necessary changes. I highly recommend avoiding this DQ. Go to the one on Grand and Columbia instead. They're locally run, owned and the quality is always up to par

Well ordered a meal asked for a coke to drink the girl says we aren't doing that anymore just giving out water ...got no Fry's or drink paid over $10 ...the meat is old you can clearly see that it's black slapped together....and they had music up louder than the girl talked....I will be calling the heath department and anyone else I need to ...To have this place closed down
Paid almost 50$ for a burger and two chicken baskets and the burger was dry and over cooked and the chicken stips were small my Sunday was all melted worse place to eat

This has to be the worst Dairy queen I have ever been to. I would highly recommend going somewhere else, don't even waste your time stopping.
