We’ve been visiting this coffee shop in Las Vegas, NM, for the past six months since we moved here. Our first five visits were pleasant—the staff was friendly, and we enjoyed coming back.
Unfortunately, our visit on January 2, 2025, completely changed our perception. An employee (or possibly the owner) approached us rudely, telling us to take our feet off their furniture. While the request itself wasn’t unreasonable, the tone and attitude were unnecessary and unprofessional.
It’s clear that this business could benefit greatly from customer service training or a management course. One rude interaction can undo months of goodwill, and unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened here.
We will no longer support this coffee shop. Businesses need to understand that their success relies on consistent, respectful customer interactions, and one person’s attitude can drive loyal customers away. We hope they take this as an opportunity to reflect and improve.
What a great way to welcome your customers for 2025! 🙄

The atmosphere is lovely, quick and friendly, but sometimes not experienced staff and great coffee. Pastries are often dry. But coffee it what you're here for. So enjoy the sips and the historic surroundings.

Located inside the old hotel lobby. What a cool building! Coffee is excellent, and it is a lovely place to stop, especially on road trips. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely delicious coffee and out of this world green chile bacon burrito. Don't let the rundown appearance of the outside of the building stop you from checking out Dichos for some really excellent food and coffee. So glad we happened upon it!

Grace is amazing she's always receiving and has a smile she's the best employee there. She's going to be missed when she leaves. It sucks that an employer don't recognize they're employees and take advantage of them. We Love You Grace and will definitely follow you to your new job ?

I needed coffee on my drive from Denver to Albuquerque and this spot popped up. It’s inside an historic hotel and the whole vibe is amazing. They were decorated for the holidays and the atmosphere was lovely. My barista was so kind and helpful! The coffee and sandwich were delicious! Definitely worth getting off I-25!
