We went a party of four to Dick’s for my birthday, the service was decent but they forgot one of the plates of food until the end when we were all done eating. This was unacceptable. We didn’t get comp’d anything in return. No apology no thing. I won’t eat here again. We’re locals supporting this restaurant. That wasn’t right.

If you have been traveling and need a full tummy Well eat here I had the mother clucker added bacon and onion no tomato let me just say this is very well put together this chicken Sammy did not disappoint it was just so tasty I wish I could eat here more wife had Las Vegas burger was definitely on the hot side for me but the wife said it was really delicious cooked to long for her liking but overall really enjoyed it

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Only complaint I have is they don't know how to make jalapeno margaritas - I mean the real thing. honestly though great place, highly recommended. This is a pub, if you have problems with noise, then don't go to a pub.
Other then the local drunks making a nuisance of themselves there, it was ok.

l've read several reviews stating the place is great so l'm wondering if l have gone down the rabbit hole. l'm reviewing two trips--l wanted to see if my experience was a fluk but no--it wasn't. Several months ago l went with a friend and the waiter didn't even turn our order in after ignoring us for most everything else. After over an hour they rushed our food and it was not fit to eat. l was putting this off to that fluke l referred to but today was another bad experience mostly due to the food. Service was okay. l ordered the Puttanesca because it's a favorite of mine. They also serve marinara sauce and that's the one l got. Also ordered shrimp with it but that didn't arrive so it was rushed out undercooked. l've been going to Dicks for years, in fact, everytime l'm in the vincinity and for years l've been telling others to be sure and go--not anymore. l put up with the remoldel a few years ago which really hurt the flavor of the place but can't put up with bad food.
