Wow, what can I say. Some of the best tasting tacos and burritos I've ever had and living most of my life in San Diego I've eaten a lot. I wish I was in town longer so I could continue eating there. The green chili on the burritos is out of this world.

Tacos are fried with cheese on the shell. They are SO SALTY. Guacamole was too salty to eat and I'll eat just about anything.

I've been enjoying the food truck Renaissance of Las Vegas and Hatchas seems to be one of the founding members. The menu is simple and easy to order from and the food is tasty. Hatchas is often open in the late morning to early afternoon on week days. Their chili is mild and their tacos are very tasty. Be wary of new workers who do not know how to balance portions. Last time we ate there, the chili was too runny and they didn't put enough meat in our food.
