Came by the drive-through to order food since, unfortunately, the phone does not work at the establishment. Sometimes I get good service, Sometimes I get bad service. Mostly bad these days, though. We waited 15 minutes at the window, 2 workers passed by the window, saw us, and went on about their business. I'll take my money somewhere else. Have a great night🙂

The food was beyond compare. Excellent New Mexican cuisine. That first. We did go at an off time and there was only one waitress. She got the order wrong, offered things then didn’t bring them and said it works offer to get them. She was working hard and covering the whole business but it was unpleasant. Prices were way too high for what you get. Repeat though, nothing to shame the delicious food.

I used to love eating here, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. We arrived around 7 PM on a Saturday—well within their hours on Google —and their OPEN sign was still flashing. Despite this, we were completely ignored in the drive-thru. Staff looked right at us but didn’t acknowledge us at all. We tried calling multiple times, but the line was constantly busy, which made it seem like they left the phone off the hook. To make matters worse, the doors were locked, so we couldn’t even go inside to order.
It’s really unfortunate to see a business refuse service like this. I used to thoroughly enjoy their food, but sitting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes without a single word is just unacceptable. If you’re closing early, update your hours on Google. If you’re open, then be open. What a shame.

Short handed, understood. Wait time to order one hour. Waitress stressed and not friendly to unknowns (locals got smiles and hugs) ordered chili bowl, I misunderstood, was presented (30 minutes later) with a bowl of just chili, like enchilada sauce..no meat, nothing. She suggested beans or rice added to bowl but extra charge for on the side. Also over charged me...2 waters and a soda= $9.00? sorry not sorry. I'm only one person but I'll never go back. I don't even want to give one star👎🏼

Tried placing an order online. My order could not be placed. I then went through the drive-thru. I was told that the wait time for food would be an hour after placing an order. I said that was fine. I was then told they would be right with me I and waited for over 30 minutes, and still nothing when I asked if anyone was going to take my order, I was told by the server I don’t know if she is coming. Horrible service.

It really was not good Mexican food. The sopapillas were good, but then they had honey flavored corn syrup instead of real honey. Was totally dissatisfied with everything I ordered (red chile enchiladas).
Amazing New Mexican food, i am so glad we came here. The chile was amazing and the people were so nice. Definitely coming back if i have the chance.

This is one of my favorite places to eat or get food from. Unfortunately, today I've been trying to place a to go order since. 5:30PM. Finally, at 6:18PM somebody answered the phone only to tell me that they're not taking any orders for 30 to 45 minutes. I'd already been trying to place an order for about 45 minutes. Not to mention she was very rude when she answered and told me. I know who she was, but I won't mention her name. Maybe I'll stop giving my business to them for a while.
