Called Olivia's to order a breakfast burrito to go while traveling down I-25 in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Hungry, I was looking for some good, authentic New Mexico Green Chile with my burrito. Bacon, eggs, potatoes and green Chile sauce with a good kick was what I got. Fresh made and delicious. Found it!!Parking: Plenty of parking across the street

No dine in! I don't get it.

I ordered a shredded beef hand held stufy to go. It was so tiny, it looked like a small hard croissant. There was maybe a bite of green Chile, no cheese. The whole vibe there is not about the customer satisfaction. I won’t eat there again ever as this has happened before. Very disappointing for the price paid!

Parking sucks, place isn't very clean, crowded. waiter and waitress pay more attention to regular customers. Too much cheese in the food, it almost choked me, salad looked delicious when they brought it then to our surprise it had so much water couldn't eat

Loved it, my only disappointment is their hours of operation (M-F, 07:00-15:00) are limited for those who work a typical full-time schedule.

Excellent green and red chile- strong flavor and spicy. Burrito was big and good, but only made with eggs and some basic sausage patty, topped with cheese. So not complex, but still tasty/filling. The hash browns on the side are grilled perfectly. Very popular restaurant for takeout and locals. The hard rock playing made for an interesting vibe but hey, it's Las Vegas, enjoy it all!

I know Olivia's gets a lot of great reviews but this just was not our experience. We love to stop in local restaurants for breakfast and, because Olivia's was crowded, we thought we were in for a great meal. I had the biscuits and gravy with sausage. While they were tasty enough, when the plate came out the gravy was just this side of cold. The server took it back and warmed it and offered to replace it if I wanted. My wife's veggie omelet was not cooked properly. The outside of the eggs were browned, and although the veggies inside were fresh, they were completely raw. The onions and peppers were crispy and you could tell had not been cooked. New cook? Bad day? Not sure, but this was our experience.

Small diner, with not much (if any) atmosphere to speak of.The parking lot is part of a motel, so crowded, and parking spaces are not well planned out.You can eat here or at the local gas station restaurant...not much of a choice, but the gas station might have been a better choice. Really, the food was that bad.Food was delivered cold. Hash browns were soggy, eggs were overcooked, and the biscuits & gravy were a total fail.Seems the waiter was more concerned with visiting with his regulars than getting the food out timely and hot.Others, I'm guessing locals, came in after us but were attended to first.Coffee, I ordered it, couldn't/wouldn't drink it.Overall, just drive on past. Not worth the time or money.

Pre-ordered on the phone just to wait 30 minutes while everyone talked about the local drama. It took so long we could have got down to eat. Very unprofessional.Parking: It's part of a hotel parking lot and very congested.
