After several visits to Las Vegas, New Mexico, we were excited to finally try Pedro's Bakery, a bakery we had always wanted to visit. Although it is not as large as Charlie's Spic & Span Bakery & Café, the bakery's goods appeared just as delicious. The staff provided excellent service, and their playful joking made the experience pleasant. We enjoyed a great customer experience and sampled some delicious treats, purchasing around seven or eight items. The items we tasted were delicious.

Just happened to be walking by, door was open. Fortunate to witness flour tortillas being created. Purchased monkey bread which I'm eating now. Fantastic wonderful bakery.

Made sure to stop by during a road trip, and very glad we did! We went in there not knowing what we wanted but came out with the most delicious pastries. The family running the place were so very kind and helpful and you could tell it was made with love. The prices were not crazy at all, we ended up spending around $6 for 6 croissant muffins. (Which I definitely recommend) Also, kids get free cookies! (Which were amazing btw.) But overall just a great experience with the food and staff. Will be sure to come again!

Omg, I just had their cheesecake, I don't know if this is new, but they make the best cheescake I have ever had...fluffy, with the tart layer on top and fruity swirls throughout. Delicious.
