My order was done completely wrong. At first the woman I spoke to couldn't find my order. It took several attempts for her to find it. Then I was told that I had to come to get a replacement pizza which was impossible for me to do as I didn't have a car. $30 wasted.

The old lady that runs this pizza hut has the worst kind of customer service. She was absolutely rude to her customers in line. Not just one customer but several. The food was great but maybe the company can offer her some training on possibly a smile or a Thank you instead of rolling her eyes and being so unprofessional!! She made the experience quite concerning.

This place is terrible because it says that they don't deliver to the state hospital no more if I could give them a 0 or -5 i would. I think it just because they have a bunch of lazy people who don't want to work working there.
