It takes 40 minutes to make 2 cherry limeades also limeades had no sweetness or enough of the syrup awful service plus they had a walker come bring us a wrong order

Tried to place an order on patio. When no one responded after 15 minutes went to door to ask for help. Woman advised he'll get to you and slammed the door. Waited 10 more minutes with no respond and left.

Extremely slow service (40 minutes waiting in a pretty short line at 4pm) and then the girl that took our order was obviously not happy about working there. We tried to order a burger and were told the meat was frozen so they couldn’t make one. Management really needs to review their system at this location.

28 minutes to take my order. 35 minutes from the time, I pulled into the drive-through line until I got my food.
We got drinks 3 times while in town. No sonic ice, drinks were flat and it took 20 min to get just drinks.

Slow moving Sonic. Cheeseburgers were overcooked and of course no drinks but you can't blame the employees for that there's no potable water in the town.

I keep trying to give this Sonic a chance, but every time I go it's worse than the last. I will not be going back. This time I waited an hour for two drinks that I placed through the mobile app. Waited forty minutes before calling the store about it. The lady yelled at me and said it was my fault for choosing a stall that didn't work. The stall didn't have a sign that said it didn't work and the screen let me check in and clearly said my order was on it's way twenty minutes prior. She didn't send my drinks out even at that point and refused to give me a refund. I had to call corporate for it 😓. I understand being short staffed and stressed out but you should still have some level of professionalism...

Forgot to give me marinara sauce and didn’t put Oreos in my milkshake. What am I supposed to drink plain ice cream and plain milk? I paid for the flavor of Oreos so I deserve the right to them. =| THEY DO THIS EVERY YEAR~

very unsanitary and zero knowledge of hygiene. soda fountain nozzels never get cleaned. the floor has a layer of gunk on it quarter inch thick. fry oil gets used well past its lifespan. the girl running this location doesnt even brush her teeth. just stinky breath and stale fries.
sonic corporate should close this location down permanently.

The drive in panels do not seem to work. First one I tried there was no indication that pushing the button did anything. Waited 5 minutes then tried a different spot. This one the light on the button flashed for a moment but still nothing after 10 minutes. I saw multiple other cars back out and into different spots for probably the same reason. After 15 minutes total I just left.
Very short staffed. I like to order from the app, but when they have all their bays closed, I still have to get in the drive thru to get my order. Kind of caught between a rock and a hard place since I've already paid for my food. Just bring your patience.
