ordered a lot of food because we are a family of 6 and are traveling, when we got our food we were checking to make sure everything was there well unfortunately we were missing an order of chicken bites we pressed the red button and informed them about this well they got mad about it and the carhop that brought us the chicken out was totally rude about and handed my father the bag and said here is your free chicken because i was the one who bagged your order the first time i know i put two mediums and a large in there. so we all said no you did not or else we wouldn’t have pressed the red button again. she was super unprofessional and should have just admitted her mistake and took out the food nicely and said have a great night!

This location has horrible service. If you come here, expect to wait an hour before they even take your order. I unfortunately placed a mobile order and already paid so waited for an hour for my order. Nobody answers the red buttons or the phone and the drive through is super slow. Do not come here

November 5th 12:55 placed my order. The car hop who brought my order said she was 1 drink short, but she wasn't. My total was $ 11.34. I gave her $ 15.35 said don't give me the penney. She thought I said don't give me the change. She seemed confused and said I'll go inside cause it's too windy, which it wasn't. She came back with $ 2.00. Please teach them how to count money. The slowest and most unfriendly place to eat if they ever wait on you.

Waited half an hour trying to get their attention to place an order, we clicked the button 3 or 4 times and they never even greeted us. Service here sucks, save yourself 30 minutes and go somewhere else.

Incredibly slow sonic 10 mins to order after pushing the red button and another 30 mins for the food. Should have just went to sit down restaurant. Drive thru or order app to save yourself.

We pushed the Order Button, waited 5 minutes, pushed the button again, and almost 5 minutes later, we placed our order. The food took about 15 minutes, which was ok during a busy afternoon. But we didn’t receive our entire order. We pressed the Order button again, but waited forever again with no response.

Terrible when you go to order food from the drive through the GM is always rude & yelling at you through the intercom box to wait. Your feeling like your walking on eggs shells just to order your food the way you want. Never knew how a fast food restaurant could be so rude & uncomfortable to the point you would rather just go grab something different & miss out on what your actually craving.
