We ordered paid for our food. They took our name said our name called. It was never called and ppl behind us started getting their food. We went up and the girl who took our order didn't know who we were and why we were upset our order never got prepared. No customer skills. She was so upset we were upset with her. We asked for a refund. They said they issued one and we still haven't gotten it. Just a frustrating place in general.
This place sucks ass don't order online you will be waiting for a stupid amount of time orders going in and out eating on the line went should be helping people

went in to grab something quick i expected a wait as they were busy but when it came to taking orders they directed me to the kiosk and took an order right after sending me away to wait even more time behind a line of people at the kiosk and when i politely asked for a side of sour cream girl who helped me gave horrible attitude and service will not be coming here again 😡

The food is not perfect here But it’s more than fair for the price. Usually, it’s actually very good for the price Today I had an issue I’m a regular customer. Crystal made it right it was actually with the food. A woman by the name of crystal just handled it and fixed the situation and I left very happy and content as usual The five star rating is not so much for the food or anything else but actually for Crystal Thank you Crystal.

This is the stoniest Taco Bell I’ve ever seen most of the workers were cronked. Good job people
So I am passing through staying at hotel for the night came through drive thru and ordered a cravings box . I’m upset because the burrito is supposed to be the beefy 5 layer and I get a cold bean burrito! I tried calling 3 times and never could get through to anyone ! I will be stopping by tomorrow and raising hell unfortunately! I started eating this and about half way through I quit because of how gross it was and kept thinking this just isn’t good something is wrong ! What a disappointment! So I’m editing this because I went in the next day and the manager crystal remade our order and was so kind ! Thank you crystal for making it right!

I haven't eaten her in over a year and now I know why. The food sucks, service sucks,and the atmosphere sucks. The chicken nuggets are small rocks. Drive thru takes forever even when you're the only car. Then they tell you to wait by the door for your food then they tell at you for blocking the driveway. They can't even get a 3 regular taco order right. It would be better if they would shut down and open something better. If only you could post 0 stars because that's what the owner deserves for having a crappy restaurant. The owner doesn't even try to make it up to the customer by sending a reply to the review. Not even a sorry I will get that problem fixed.

Best Taco Bell Ever!
I can’t say enough great things about this Taco Bell location. The food was absolutely amazing—everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. It was honestly the best Taco Bell meal I’ve ever had!
What made the experience even better was the incredible staff. They were so kind, welcoming, and attentive. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure every customer left happy.
If you’re craving Taco Bell, this is the spot to go. 10/10, I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town
