Ordered a meal and a sandwich. The meal should come with a drink, but had to ask for the cup. Took a long time to get food and had to ask for it. They were so slow with the food they stacked the cars up in the street waiting for their food from the to go window.

went to Wendy’s and placed an order, and I was greeted by Sebastian with a huge smile. He was very kind, professional, and fast while taking my order. It really does make a difference. Seeing young people working hard in our community is such a great thing. If you haven’t had the chance to visit Wendy’s lately, please give them a try! They are awesome, and their tenders are to die for!

Really dirty bathrooms even though there is a code to get in. Urine and trash on floor... there was trash on floor where their fry station is that could be seen feom counter... Really wanted to eat somewhere else but we were on time crunch.

Food tasted old, as if it has been sitting under the heat lamp. Whoever the gentleman was helping Morgan was rude. Terrible customer service.
Service was extremely slow. I'm guessing they were short-staffed or something but there was no one in line ahead of us or behind us so I don't know what was taking them so long. But we must have waited at the window for 10 minutes.
