Absolutely horrendous delivery experience. I watched the timer to see when My order was out for delivery, and after the 15 minutes past, I saw an unusual vehicle. I have not seen in my apartment parking lot speed by too fast to even check the apartment numbers, turns out that was the delivery driver, and then they were sent out again, and I waited 45 minutes for the delivery, again, and by the time it got to me, it wasn't cold, but it wasn't warm either. It was body temperature, and honestly, even if the delivery was within 10 minutes, I still couldn't justify paying $30 for 16 wings. My first job was as a Domino's delivery driver, and I swore I would never give a single red scent to this company again. I am disappointed in myself that I broke that promise, but this experience reinforces it 10 fold.

The store is in a great location, but the pizzas I received looked like they were sitting there from the day before.

I just found out their drivers don't get the delivery fee, they only get the tip and a small amount for mileage. Dominos pockets the rest.

Delivery taking much longer than estimated. When I call the local store, they simply don't answer the phone. At the very least communicate with your customers!

Sorry to say, if this is your dinner plan, might be better to make some frozen Smith’s pizza at home until some things improve at this location. Would not choose this hassle at the end of the day again.Tonight, employees were untruthful to customers about completion times and the status of their order. I observed at least a dozen orders get marked off well before they were ready. My order hadn’t even been started when it was marked complete online.Half the order was cardboard by the time it came home. Would recommend management employ more cooks from 5-8. Coming from someone who also worked in a restaurant as a kid, this location would benefit from training employees to prioritize getting mistake “rush” correction items through when they tell customers they “messed up” part of an order. (Maybe that would help avoid customers waiting an hour and a half, watching part of their order dry up on the warming lamps.)

It's been an hour and per the tracker that originally suggested I'd have my order in 30-40 minutes, my order has not even gone in the oven yet, an hour later. At absolute minimum we should be able to get vaguely accurate estimates so that customers can make informed decisions.

I read the reviews but still decided to order my pizza anyways. When I arrived the manager “C” was not nice. He was short and not friendly. I don’t like to give these type of reviews, but perhaps the owner will read this and talk with the manager about being kind to customers. When a customer asks or makes a simple suggestion, the manager should not come back with a quirky quick response. Maybe just listen and see exactly what the customer is saying instead of having a poppy comment. I am 100% confident it doesn’t represent the owners heart for this franchise.

The worst Domino's in the entire universe, maybe beyond. I've used them twice and they screwed it up both times, both for corporate functions. The first time they couldn't deliver the 9 pizzas I ordered for 20+ people at a nearby hotel. Someone's car broke down, or that was the story. Fine- it happens. So we went and picked it up. Barely 3 days later we ordered pickup so we wouldn't have the same problem. Wanted to give them another shot. We get there and there's only one person who hasn't even started our pizzas yet and his attitude as about as uncaring as it could be. Customer service is dead at this location. I hope someone from Domino's corporate office sees this and shuts them down. You have two primary functions. Make pizza and deliver it or let me pick it up. You had problems with all of it!

I ordered online and these guys delivered my pizza to the wrong address and failed to correct the issue. Incompetence does not even scratch the surface. Save yourself your time and money and buy a frozen pizza at Smiths.

Been to this Domino's a couple times now and it is the saddest service I've ever seen at a Domino's. You walk in and nobody even acknowledges you. You have to either wait 5 minutes for someone to come to the register, or flag someone down to ask them to grab your pizza. Really

Over an hour and a half and I ended up driving out to the location only to cancel the order. The staff was friendly so I don't blame that at all for this as they clearly were understaffed. This is 100% a management issue for a small town. If they are understaffed you need to account for that and prevent online orders instead of just taking in as many orders as you can and hoping customers will be ok with it. There were only two people working in there when I arrived and a lot of undelivered pizzas. Owner needs to be held accountable. Again, staff was very apologetic and friendly but owner could clearly care less about service.
