The red Ranchero bacon burrito is my favorite from anywhere. Changed ownership so some new staff
15 years had passed since dining at Viola's but I am pleased to say not a single thing has changed. Same fabulous flavor and a lot of food for the buck! It made my day for sure!

Viola's is a cozy restaurant in the White Rock neighborhood of Los Alamos, known for its good food and friendly atmosphere. Chef Crucet makes sure guests have a special dining experience, with freshly baked goods available daily. The lunch menu offers relaxing and tasty options, including their famous green chili cheese fries and the Navajo Taco special, which features native fry bread. Breakfast is simple, affordable, and served in a homey setting. The breakfast burritos are large and delicious, often smothered with green and red chile, and served with lots of coffee refills. The sopaipillas are thick, fluffy, and light, resembling fry bread, which many customers enjoy. Vegetarians are also welcomed, with friendly red and green sauces and suitable beans and posole options. Overall, Viola's is a must-visit for fresh, satisfying meals in a casual setting.
