Great lunch place. Specialty dishes not available elsewhere.
Friendly service and great food. They make their own chili oil in house which is part of the condiment lineup that comes with the table. You mix them together to sort of customize your own dipping sauce for the baozi

Yuan's Dumpling and Noodle House is a charming eatery serving an array of delicious dishes. The menu may be limited, but every item on it is well-prepared and flavorful. The beef noodle soup is a standout, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They cater to special dietary needs, including gluten-free options. Portion sizes are generous, making it easy to share or take leftovers home. With vegetarian options available upon request, there's something for everyone.
The food at Yuan's Dumpling and Noodle House is incredible, super comforting, and feels authentic and made with love. The dishes are not overly spicy, but sauces like chili oil, soy sauce, and black vinegar are available to adjust the taste. The portions are very generous, especially for the reasonable prices. The service is excellent, and the staff is kind and friendly.
Vegetarian customers can enjoy dishes like fried rice, vegetable dumplings, bao, and bibimbap. Parking is available in the front or back lot of the Bradbury Museum, and the restaurant is generally wheelchair accessible, with outdoor seating and tables that can accommodate wheelchairs, although the space is a bit tight. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, with mild food options suitable for picky eaters.
Recent reviews highlight that the service is fast and friendly, with the plain bibimbap arriving fresh and quickly, perfect for lunch. Customers enjoy the simple jasmine tea, which comes with a refill. The boiled dumplings are highly praised, with a reasonable price of $10.99 for 10, and the egg rolls and chicken fried rice are also favorites. Many note that every visit results in delicious food, with some wishing they could order sides of kimchi, as it is so tasty. The noodle house offers options to suit different tastes, including delicious bibimbap and egg rolls. Fried dumplings are solid, and while fried noodles and beef noodles are tasty and large, they are considered not remarkable. The canned Thai tea is enjoyed by some, though others note it as a minor detail. Overall, Yuan's Dumpling and Noodle House is a solid choice for those looking for non-burrito options in Los Alamos.
