The staff are ok you get the occasional teenager who looks like they hate their job and you get the very friendly works who are happy to help. They are pretty good about orders but occasionally get them wrong. The tables could use a good cleaning but it depends on who's working. Parking spaces near the stoplight are tiny don't park there if you have a bigger car.

This is an excellent McDonald's. It's very clean and the property is well managed. The staff are very friendly and very efficient. The food is typical McDonald's food but done well and fresh. I would recommend this resturant.

The female manager who took my order barely spoke english and had a hard time getting what i was ordering. She also shorted me my chicken nuggets. The food was lukewarm and my fries were not crisp. Wont be going back.

Would be a lot better review if the drive thru workers weren't intent on harassing me. I just want my food, not to answer questions on what im doing or whether i have a bf. I've let this slide MANY times because its always the same guy giving the food In the drive thru in the morning but dude. Take a hint.

Ive never been to Los Alamos Stopped for something to eat of course. Manager took our order,didn't wait long our order was out quick. And food was good 👍🏼 this McDonald's location was clean .Manager was very friendly!
I only wish I could give it a negative 5 rating. I special ordered a quarter pounder, waited 10 minutes, then was given a fully loaded sandwich. See photos. The dining room is always locked to save a buck, so no good way to complain. Total incompetence

This white short girl black hair. That works there. she really like to talk under her breath. About customers I guess she might be depressed from working here. The whole environment with the teenager and adult that act like teenagers makes me loose my appetite. 🤢🤢🤢 I guess misery loves company.

This place ignores its own posted hours. The lobby is frequently locked when it should be open. I have contacted corporate multiple times but they don't seem to care. I will give my business to locally owned restaurants from now on; this McDonald's entire approach seems to be not caring about its customers' business.
