Ordered the double smash burger add bacon. Got home, no bacon. I start eating anyway because it's just bacon. Well, the burger is raw. At least the carhop was nice.

Food is always cold. I don't mean not hot. I mean cold. The wait times are always extreme, even when there's no customers. They do have one very polite employee, though the rest of them do not care.

Pretty bad when they answer speaker and say we will be right with you then after 10 mins never get back to you. Just decided to leave. Bad enough this town does not have much choice to begin with then to have poor service like this. Really disappointing 😞

I was just going to leave a review here, but I also called corporate since there is an overwhelming amount of negative reviews that don’t seem to do anything.
I was waiting for ~10-15 minutes before anyone said “we will be with you shortly”, then after another 5-10 minutes they turned off my light. I re-pressed the button and was sent to the back of the cue.
Also go awful customer service, but that isn’t a new complaint it seems
