It's a constant thing to have to wait for your food for close to an hour. Here is a tip if the kitchen is that far behind tell people its going to be a 20-45 minuit long wait before they decide to order and pay. Don't just say we will be with you in a minuit sorry we are slammed. Give us a time frame. The lady in the carhop next to me asked an employee when they would get to her and the employee just said they had to stop takeing orders. So I told her that I arrived at 5.30 and didn't get my food till 6.32.
Waited for 10 mins with no acknowledgment we had pressed the button and were ready to order. Finally got an acknowledge and were asked to wait. Waited for 5 mins and went to McDonald’s.

I've gone there twice in the last few months. I got the tots both times and both times they were ice cold. Not even lukewarm but cold. It's Los Alamos so they don't need to care. There're not a lot of options but I won't be eating there anymore.

Terrible. This is the fourth time in the last two weeks I have tried to place an order and left before I got any help. Today, I waited a total of 25 minutes before I left. I counted the number of cars in the stalls and there were 6 total (me included). I dont believe they couldnt be bothered to take my order for 30 minutes.

Finally, a Sonic that not only did the person who took our order have an amazing attitude, so did the person that delivered our food. Thank you to Nanette (I believe she is the one that took our order) and Jesse who delivered our food for your upbeat, happy and inviting personalities!! Keep up the smiles!

Half of the kiosks are broken. Push the button and wait 5-10 just to get your order taken.
Food quality is hit-or-miss, but it's one of the only places that's open late in town.
Ordered the double smash burger add bacon. Got home, no bacon. I start eating anyway because it's just bacon. Well, the burger is raw. At least the carhop was nice.
Jesse and the other staff provided phenomenal service, even in the rain!
Food is always cold. I don't mean not hot. I mean cold. The wait times are always extreme, even when there's no customers. They do have one very polite employee, though the rest of them do not care.
