Yuan's is definitely a gem in Los Alamos; we go here once a week. My literal only gripe with them is that they're not open on weekends, but that's just life in Los Alamos 😅 Their food is excellent. I've liked everything I've tried, but especially love the beef noodle soup and fried buns. Ordering for pick up is super easy and they'll text you when it's ready. Lovely place with delicious food, including vegetarian options. Enjoyed the vegetable steamed baozi and the vegetable fried rice with tofu, as well as a large pot of green tea. Located in the same building as the Bradbury Science Museum, lots of free parking.
Came here for lunch while visiting and it definitely hit the spot. Nice selection, everything was fresh and made to order, and they are super mindful of any food allergies. Definitely worth coming here for a nice lunch or dinner!
