Fantastic small town saloon with excellent food. Patrick has a great thing going here and it's well worth the trip! Tomahawk pork chop and bison dog with elk chilli were both phenomenal. Excellent curated selection of craft beer, local liquor, and wine.

I was really disappointed with my experience here, especially considering the high ratings. The food was unfortunately far below expectations—bland and poorly prepared. The service was equally underwhelming, with staff displaying an entitled attitude that made the visit uncomfortable. I cannot honestly recommend this restaurant.

Hidden gem! The food was outstanding! I ordered a green chili cheeseburger that had a delicious whole chili on top. My husband got the lamb burger and the raw cheese and toppings on his were so tasty too! The birds nest fries were crispy and clean, definitely tasted fresh and like they use clean oil in their fryers unlike so many burger joints. The atmosphere is very relaxed with lovely saloon decor. I only wish they were open more days so we could stop by again on our return trip home!

A real saloon atmosphere but with exquisite food options and great beer. We will return here over and over! Our dog accomplished us at the outside tables. Food menu for dinner starts at 4pm. Check out the rattlesnake - it's great!

I had one of the best burgers ever. The burger was fresh, juicy, cooked to perfection. It tasted great. The French Fries were frigging awesome. Little shoestring fries that were crispband fried to perfection. Service was great. Personal attention was appreciated.

I enjoy the Blackbird Saloon, mostly because I go there with a group of friends. I love the Old West decor. But I wish the dishes were closer to their descriptions on the menu. There's a menu on the web but that usually isn't in agreement with the menu on the chalkboard behind the order taker. And what comes out of the kitchen is often not what's on the chalkboard! I guess that part of the Wild West charm.
Had a beer and the Fuddled Outlaw Burger 🍔 which was just great.

Appreciate that they have a few vegetarian options, but, as is often the case, I don't think the chef has actually tried to eat their oyster mushroom burger. Delicious but incredibly sloppy to eat. Too much sauce and such a fluffy bun that it disintegrates quickly.
