We had lunch today at mine shaft tavern. Colleen served us and was lovely and efficient. The mad green chile burgers brought tears to our eyes. The wag you beef and the veggie patties were both excellent, the brioche buns were fresh and just right, and the hatch green chile was out of this world. Oh, the deep fried green chilis were a revelation. Please come by and give them your business
A friend recommended this place and it was AWESOME. The food was really good and our server Ginger Joe was excellent. I had the turkey sandwich and carrot cake both of which I highly recommend. Thanks Ginger Joe and Mine Shaft Tavern.
Their blackjack burger is one of the best burgers I've ever had.
