Torture! It took 5 min to be seated. 15 min for the waitress to great us. 50 min for the food. AC was on full blast and it was cold outside. Food was good but with kids the service was to slow. One of my kids got sick from his food about 20 minutes after we left.Kid-friendliness: Service was to slow to bring kids

IHOP is IHOP, but Sarah is the savior of this establishment in Los Lunas. She was just promoted and SHE DESERVES IT. She was an amazing waitress and I am sure she will always be an asset to iHop in whatever role she has! Good job, young lady!

After a long drive I stopped to sit down to eat and rest with my wife. We Tried ordering several dishes but they did not have any of them. I ended up not eating and my wife had to settle on omelets. All I had was tea and water both in dirty glasses of cups. We received a bill for $26.75 for an omelet, water and tea, and that's not including a tip. Funny thing is a couple sitting next to us had tried to order the exact same meals I tried to order, which they did not have. The manager personal came out and offered all their meals for free and apologized to them for not having those meals. I did not get the same treatment and felt discriminated against. They could have at least offered the tea and water on the house. Almost $27 for an omelet for one person is ridiculous. I'm never coming here again

We were seated for maybe 15 minutes. The server of the tables in front and behind us ignored us. We thought nothing of it because she was busy. The manager finally came over to get our drink order and the server was standing there looking at him and us. She told him right in front of us that she didn't know why we were there, she was never told that we were sat down. As a server, you should know your section and watch it on your own. That's part of your job. We walked out, did not want her as our server. I appreciate the manager for stepping in but she should not be a server to say that in front of customers. We were there to eat, duh.

IHOP @ Los Lunas, NM. First impressions- really clean. Floors, walls, tables. Attention to detail. I appreciate that. Our server had great manners. IHOP has extensive menus but , usually a breakfast here involves coffee, eggs, and some kind of breakfast meat. Great portions, quick service. This IHOP is doing it right!

We were there this last Sunday. The waitress we had was Priscilla, she made sure that our food was on time. That we had everything we needed and went above and beyond her normal waitress duties. Because of her service and the food we ate there we will continue to come back again and again. Again if you want great service request Priscilla.

Is better if you dont post the time if you dont know what time the food will be ready for pick up. I was supposed to pick up the order at 9:50 and 40 fk minutes later It was still not ready. What kind of service is this. Placed the order at 9:15...Please if you can go to someone else for your breakfast.

Stoped inti I hop this am waited in reception are 10 minutes before we were greeted, then seated and the gentleman that sat us walked away without any words, 15 min later our waitress came by and took our order food came out fairly quick, food was ok but nothing to go back for. I hour into our visit the acting manager came by and told us he was sorry for the service today since this wasn't his best wait staff. Hmm training comes from the top so obviously it wasn't the wait staff but the mangers fault. Will not return. Looks like all your reviews ask to copy and paste and you will get back to the review, no need to contact me I will not support a Manger that does not support his staff.

Service started out horrible, no workers, one girl, busing, getting drinks, being the cashier. The place was empty. Took 10 minutes to get drinks. Manager finally came out and started seating people, and serving drinks. Food was good and came out promptly.

Went on Sunday afternoon for lunch. Place was not busy at all. Took about 15 mins to get drinks. Staff was wondering around doing a whole lot of nothing. One waitress cleaned spilled milk off the floor and then used the same rag to wipe off tables. Appetizer tastes like the oil it was fried in was old. Food took 30 mins for simple burgers. Food was not impressive at all Manager is as slow as his staff. Will not be going back.
