Great service and very friendly staff . Fast . friendly and great food
I recommend the waitress Monica Barrera at the IHOP in Panorama City Calif as she gives such great and wonderful service. She asks if everything is ok and always comes back to give refills. This is much appreciated. Best wishes from the original Johnny Blaze, and "may the Blaze be with you."

IHOP is a decent restaurant that needs a bit of improvement. Food is okay, and service is not bad, but they often seem to be out of popular items. Cleaning of dishes is also an issue, with reports of actual flakes on glasses and silverware. The strong smell of Lysol has been a concern for some customers, making for an unpleasant experience. However, the Spicy Poblano Egg Benedict remains a tasty option. New employees like Gregorio have been praised for their outstanding service and quick response times, making visits more enjoyable. With some fine-tuning, IHOP has the potential to become a five-star establishment.
