I got a return call from the manager, and within minutes, they had the order ready. The sandwiches were delicious, and the customer service went above and beyond.

This staff is awesome! I love coming here for a quick sit down lunch or drive thru. Club sub is the only way to go for me, I highly recommend it. Again this staff is awesome you can tell they have fun working together and enjoy what they do.

Jersey Mike's Subs provides excellent customer service, with staff working hard to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently. Despite the busy environment, they strive to maintain a positive attitude. The food is highly praised, with options like the BLT and Philly cheesesteak standing out. Customers frequently commend the staff for their energy and professionalism, like when Orlando took a phone order and offered a great suggestion to add green chile. Many reviews highlight the friendly interactions and attention to detail, with meat sliced to order and subs made well. While some customers might be surprised by the option to tip at the drive-thru, the overall experience remains positive. Jersey Mike's is a place where many satisfied customers highly recommend visiting.
