“this evening I took my kids to eat at Applebees, we had been sitting at our table for some time when I finally decided to ask this nice lady if she knew who would be our server, she took our drink order and said she would figure it out. She came back to inform me that the hostess had seated us in an area that hadn’t been opened yet and asked if we would be alright with her being our server for the night. At first I was a bit upset, however this lady’s kindness and willingness to help us, had changed my perspective. She was very attentive to our table, she was on top of our order, and I just loved her sweet soul! She asked for areas of improvement, but my dear I do not have any as you went above and beyond for my boys and I tonight and I cannot thank you enough! Thank you Koa!
