“Took my lady for her birthday, they were very accommodating and service was great. We both got their boneless Ribeyes and they were great. We had a live pianist and he was great. Our waiter was the bartender and he was great as well. Waiter was asking if we had any questions with drinks and food on the menu and was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend their crab cakes. Overall another great experience yet again, Thank you Vernon's for a good birthday dinner!“

“We travelled to Albuquerque and wanted to experience the Indian Pueblo Cultire Center. Since we knew there was a dining option, we arrived hungry and I have to say we couldn’t have selected a better meal stop! Mark was our waiter and we each ordered something different in order to sample as many options as possible. The Pueblo taco was delicious. The chef makes the fry bread and it was worth every bite. After our meal we ordered and shared the Pueblo bread pudding which was so delicious I forgot to take a pic til it was essentially gone! The manager kindly brought one out so I could share a picture with you. If you are going to Albuquerque, this is an experience you will not want to miss!“

“Last Tuesday I went with my friend to Ironwood Kitchen to take the meal home, so we can have it with wine. Nice, very clean atmosphere and friendly stuff. I ordered bacon and green chile hamburger and my friend ordered Ruben. The portions were huge and very tasty. Prices are reasonable and we didn't have to wait long. I highly recommend you try the place and support the local business.“

“Upscale and yet welcoming to families with young kids. Our kids split a kids plate and they split to two plates for them. We were with our 2 and 4 year old for early dinner and it was really worth it for the friendliness, quality of food, and thoughtful and attentive service. They even have a family restroom.“

“If you do not have allergies, I recommend Milly's as the food is very tasty. HOWEVER, if you have allergies, I do not recommend it. I told my server I had a soy allergy and she needed to make sure the kitchen was aware. I noticed she did NOT make note of it on the order form. I should have questioned it when my food arrived but I did not. I am speculating that they use soy bean oil in their fryer. Fortunately my allergy is moderate instead of severe so I was "just" MISERABLE for 2+ days. I contacted them through their website but never heard back from them so I am guessing they do not care. Sad since their food is good and the service is as well.“

“Not living in Albuquerque, we were unaware of this place until medical needs in the family has us repeatedly driving it each day. We saw the sign for malts and were immediately intrigued as it's hard to find a malt these days... Boy were we sleeping on this place ( no pun intended)!
We ordered the egg fu young cheeseburger ( no chile because of food sensitivities) with onion cakes on the side, sweet and sour chicken with an egg roll, and try chocolate malts. The burger was delicious and the pairing with an egg fu young was perfect. What a brilliant idea! The onion cakes were great. The sweet and sour chicken eggs l was likewise very good and even better than I thought it'd be. The sauce was perfect and the chicken was perfectly fried breast meat. The egg roll was also good. The malts were very good, although they could have been a little maltier. Nonetheless, we loved everything and didn't regret a single thing we ordered. The price was also very good, around 25.00 for all of that.
The owners were both working and were very welcoming and friendly.
We would definitely return.“
