If I could give 6 stars for service I would! I rolled into the drive thru on Monday evening completely oblivious to the closing time at 8pm,it was probably around 7:55pm. Upon realizing this after placing my order and asking Ethan what time they closed he informed me it was in less than 5 minutes. I felt so incredibly bad and apologized profusely. I know as a former food service worker myself how much, for lack of better words it sucks when customers come so late to closing time....
The most disappointing, and recurring problem with this location is their Chicken Sandwiches. They're advertised as a beautiful chicken breast, but they NEVER give you a chicken breast. Its always chicken fingers. And that's a bunch of BS!
I went to pick up 2 chicken Pot Pies. When I got to the window I was advised it would be about a 30 minute wait. I decided to go inside and wait. While inside waiting I noticed it was very clean inside and one of the employees was wiping everything down in the lobby. While waiting I was updated on the time I had to wait and asked if I wanted a drink while I waited.
