wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.
This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very...read full review

Wingstop is known for having some of the best wings in the area, setting a high standard. The friendly staff and clean store create an enjoyable experience. Despite being a bit overwhelmed with customers, the service remains great, and the manager is helpful. The food is amazing, especially the crispy wings and flavorful fries. The menu might be confusing, but the cashier is there to assist. While there might be a wait due to the restaurant's popularity, the tasty and affordable food makes it worth it. It's a great spot for wing lovers, and even the tenders are kid-friendly. The staff's excellent service, especially Angie's great operation and team, is highly recommended. The chicken tenders and fries are delicious. However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the wings and service, stating they will not return.
