Update: the situation was rectified with the review below. Thanks for the quick response! I updated the rating.My husband placed an order online and when he received the order he was missing an item. He isn’t one to complain but I am, especially with everything so expensive in this economy. I called the store multiple times and no one answers, tried a different option but the service is a call center and all they can do is transfer you to the store. Horrible customer service!
Ordered supreme no onions add green chili but nope they never get it right. The pepperoni was good though. No point in calling it takes too long to fix and that's even if they'll do it

ordered online for curbside pick up. after waiting 10 minutes past the pickup time I went inside to get the pizzas. had to wait even longer even though there were 2 employees standing behind the counter and no other customers in the place. when I got home I discovered that my order was wrong so I drove back with wrong pizza. and the manager proceeded to chastise the employee In front of me about making the pizza wrong.
