Went back today to give it another chance. About a month ago we decided not to return after being refused a second serving of beans in place of rice. Server said she was yelled at by the chef that he would not allow it. Today we sat in the large room with a party of about 20 people plus a full dining room that was very loud. The problem was after we had finished, the owner/manager scolded us for my child’s iPad being too loud and that she needed to use headphones. She’d only had it on for about 10 minutes and we could barely hear it over all of the noise. If this is a policy it should be clearly posted and guests should not be lectured after spending over $100. We are disappointed because we enjoy the food but no longer feel welcome.

Waitstaff was forever.First ones yhete and watched psrties of 5 to 10 people get seated with salsa and alcholol beverages defore me and my wife were even given oir salsa and waters.took 40 min to get a beer .food was great wait staff suckedFirst time there i will come back.cuz i loved the food bit maybe during lunch or breakfast

Well this place was great, except for the food. The sopapillas seem pre-made and frozen, small in size and not much flavor. I ordered the stuff sopapilla, thinking of sopapillas like you would get from El Modelo or Kiva Cafe "Grants". Was disappointed when my dish arrived to my table. My kid ordered the hamburger nothing to special, my girlfriend ordered the tamales and again look to be pre-made. Like something you can warm up, the chile was just hot with no flavor. I know some like just the heat, but whatabout the flavor. I'll give it another try again, it was lucky we had a gift card. Cause I wouldn't want to pay for what we got that day. The place itself had a nice atmosphere and the employees were excited, just the food was a let down. But I'm willing to give this place another go.

The staff was rude and loud the entire time. The food was very bland. The fajitas are just chopped up meat no vegetables. No onions or peppers. Just meat beans and some chopped lettuce. The marinade on the beef was ok. $5 for chip and salsa seemed a bit excessive. Chips were greasy small portion.I was also misgendered by one of the staff and I am not trans or anything like that. Just an overweight bald white dude lol.The first time I ate here it was great. But I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Always has great food & we love that they do take out too. Have been going for years quality is always consistent portions are getting smaller but that's to be expected with the price of everything today

every time I visit new mexico I stop here for at least one meal. excellent food, both green and red chili is amazing, fresh sopapillas, great drinks, a staple in new Mexican cuisine. the enchiladas are really good.
