After ordering food they brought it to us wrong with what we asked to NOT have on it because of an allergy we informed them of the deadly allergy that it would have to be remade without the allergen this is what they brought back how would you feel if a restaurant nearly killed your loved one

Burger builders used to be really good. Idk what happened to the place. Why ask me what I want if you’re just going to do what YOU want? I placed a simple order. Double cheese burger with green chile, large fry, large drink and an order of fried pickles. At first I thought I had the wrong order, haaa nope! It’s the right order. Just did me wrong. Didn’t get the green chile. They forgot to tell me they didn’t have the pickles. No biggie because yall didn’t charge me for it. But why ask me “mustard or mayo” if you’re going to just say fug’it and do what you want? And whyyyyy the fugg are yall charging me to take ice out of my drink? I got told it was because yall had to use more product. So in other words you’re telling me that we’re paying for a big ol cup of large ice and a splash of some drink. Place is going down hill. Let’s not mention the manager with the messed up make up that’s always rude every time you have a question. Get better management. I get mistakes happen. Cool but yall are being petty at this point so I’m going to be petty too and leave this review. And I HOPE yall see this too. I come to burger builders to support our local mom and pop shops. And I get yall don’t care and will probably laugh at this but it would be a shame if people stopped going to burger builders so much to the point that it got yall shut down due to no business. Sorry to burst your bubble but YES! Your locals keep yall open.

This was my first time... I went through the drive thru... Very friendly and polite.. price is moderate. The burger was fixed very well.... However the beef patties didn't taste like they were fresh... But from the freezer.... Not meaning to be negative because it was cooked and prepared well. I can taste the difference fresh ground beef and frozen... Will I be back yes... Can't forget.The onion rings are on point..
