even though prices are on the heavier side for stuff like chips with cheese not dorinachos ! you get charged as such and despite that incovinience it’s the communication or the lack of effort of trying to do things right even though it being their mistake in the 1st place is what is very wrong ,making for a bad customer service experience , I ordered some regular hot cheetos with cheese as a craving, she gave me lime hot cheetos , i asked then if she had the regular hot cheetos to see if i could maybe buy those instead even though it was her fault on her side i didn’t ask for a refund or a exchange even though i would of bought the regular with cheese but got turned down immediately saying she didn’t have any .. she should clarified that to begin with not even trying to suggest me anything or give me a different option for what i asked for originally after i paid girl was really rude and just didn’t care , the lack of effort speaks volumes and ruined the experience of being a customer their
