From how they receive customers to taking the order, they bothered me to ask them about their menu, their horrible way of serving, I'm sorry I don't recommend the place. I’ve been coming here once a year for the last six years I’ve seen it gradually get worse and worse and now it’s bouncing off the bottom the steak fingers are amazing. The only problem is you have to wait for Hour and a half to get them. this will be my last trip and they don’t seem like they care about anything really It’s too bad

Drove from Hobbs just to sit there and wait while every one else around us (that came in after us) were given menus and their drinks. They weren’t busy. We weren’t even acknowledged and decided to leave. This place and food isn’t worth the bad customer service. Last time for me!

This is one of my favorites place to eat , anytime I come to lovington to doctor we come here, May 13, 2024 , I came in at about 1:30 pm ..At front desk a very unpleasant woman told me that they close at 2 pm ...they were pulling buffet. So sat down in side room , waitress finally came no menu's..took drink order , later came back said no unsweetened tea.. the atmosphere of staff and attitude was most distressing ..we just left , they did not want to serve. Trying to close ....NEVER BEEN TREATED THAT WAY WHEN BEEN THERE BEFORE...

Had to place order twice. Been in twice for dinner. Catfish was way overcooked and mushy. Steak fingers were cold. No attempt by staff to make corrections. Will not be back. This place used to be good. But not anymore.
