WENT THRU DRIVE THRU ON OUR WAY HOME.WE ASKED FOR EXTRA FRESH FOOD. WE WERE ASKED TO PULL TO THE SIDE. 10 MINUTES LATER OUR FOOD COMES OUT....ON OUR WAY HOME ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD. ALL OF IT. CALEED JOEL THE MANAGER AND ALL HE COULD SAY IS BRING YOUR RECIEPT, THE FOOD BACK AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. WELL SIR, AN APOLOGY WOULD BE NICE. AND YOU WANT ME TO GO BACK AND WAIT IN LINE AT THE DRIVE THRU ANOTHER 25 MINUTES JUST TO ORDER, AND ANOTHER 10 MINUTES TO MAYBE, MAYBE GET OUR FOOD RIGHT? I DONT THINK UOU SHOULD DECIDE FOR ME THAT I HAD TO GO BACK TODAY FOR MORE FOOD. YOU SHOULD OF GAVE ME THE OPTION TO COME BACK TOMORROW OR ANOTHER DAY. Our favorite mickee Dz. We love their atmosphere, and they have coke zero. Very clean, well managed. My wife had the spicy chicken sandwich, she really enjoyed it. I had the double filet o fish.
