Worst experience ever! Order for delivery was placed at 4:56. Estimated time of delivery was 5:21. Received pizza at 6:30 after calling. Food was cold and had been prepared for over an hour before being delivered. Not worth the $28 I spent. Gave the driver a large tip when placing the order. Definitely would not have tipped, or even placed the order if I had known. I've given Pizza Hut numerous opportunities to correct this type of service. Even when ordering pick up, the wait is at least 15 minutes to be waited on by staff. Again, food is sitting in the warmer. No more chances for disappointment from me! I give 0 stars!

There is only one reason to visit this place: if you are starving. Horrible atmosphere: loud TV sounds, screaming employees (looks like they care about customers who order delivery more than those who come to their place to eat). Guy who was serving my friend and me did not know prices for the menu (medium pizza), he was taking order in a disrespectful pose (having his legs wide enough for us to get uncomfortable) and did not bring me water even though I asked for it and he replied ok. No ketchup or mayo offered.

Horrible service !! Got food delivered and my order was the complete opposite of what I ordered even the soda . I Called and complained and they sent the food again but still got the order wrong. It seemed as if they had done it on purpose to make the wing the hottest flavor they had. My order wad as simple as a large pepperoni pizza and wings Never ordering from here again.

Ordered pickup and went to pay and the Hispanic gal says give me your credit card without even announcing the total. Seriously, that's how you get customers to pay.

Everything was as ordered staff was prompt and easy to check
Placed order over the phone. The guy that took the order was a little hard to understand, didn’t speak English that clearly. Walked in store to pick up order. We order pizza and pasta. Pasta was kinda dry and burnt. Pizza was not the best.

Was ready when I got there. Got our easy. Took just 5 mins to get asked what I wanted. Much faster than last time by 10 mins. Great job! Pizza was delicious. I would eat pizza there more but they’re too expensive.
