Purchased 2 all Americans dogs and a side of onion rings lg. Dogs were cold and Tasted really bad like spoiled and made me sick. Onion rings tasted ok, but were cold.

Went a ordered a hamburger with no cheese add mustard and mayo received a sad looking burger only meat and buns no lettuce no tomato so I go and want to talk to the manager at Lovington sonic to show her the burger and she send a young guy to act like the manager poor service I give one star because the kid was very understanding and was forced to act like the manager this was on jun 14 2220 hours order # 131803 the kid should get a manager raise

This place is a damn joke!!!! Their slush machine has been down for more than 2 years. This is a disgrace to the Sonic franchise. This location has just become run down and does not seem as the owner even cares to fix anything. This use to be our favorite place to go but we have stripped goi g to sonic because of Lovington nm

Service at this location needs to be better! Today I spent almost $70 at this location and half my order was wrong. I ordered my burger with only mayo and pickles but the girl just put a regular burger, when I tried to tell her she didn't hear me, I tried calling back and they never answered me, so when I got my order I sent my burger back and told them I didn't want it. One of my burgers was supposed to be with mustard, no mayo and ketchup, she just added mustard. My chicken sandwich was only supposed to be cheese and they added cheese along with mayo and Lettuce. I asked if they had gravy, she said yes, I asked if I could get some then she tells me they don't have gravy ?? She had put onion rings on my order, I told her no I didn't order them, they still proceeded to put some in my bag. Almost every time I order a drink with flavors it doesn't look like they put all the flavors in either. Do better please sonic

Ordered 3 double cheese burgers, two with mayo one with mustard. Was given three burgers with ketchup and mayo, also ordered lettuce, tomato, and onion on the mustard burger..wasn’t given those..called to tell them and the girl that answered the phone was very very rude and said there was nothing that could be done. I asked tot all to the manager and she said he was in the kitchen and too busy to talk, unbelievable!! Sonic in Lovington…DO BETTER!!

Worst sonic in new mexico. Ordered a shake with real bananas. Instead got banana flavoring. Got the ice cream melted. I asked for a refund. They said no because I ordered off the app.

I ordered a pretzel twist and the Jumbo Popcorn Chicken with a large cherry limeade. I wasn’t given my cheese for the pretzel twist so I called up to the store to speak with the manager. The manager told me it was my fault I didn’t get the cheese because I didn’t say I wanted the cheese even though it’s listed on the menu that it comes with cheese. When I explained that to the manager she began to argue with me that even though the menu says it comes with it, they choose not to send it with the pretzel twist if it’s not requested to save them money (stealing from the customer as that cheese is paid for) the manager continued to argue with me about how it was my fault I didn’t get an item I paid for and is listed on the menu as included. She never once apologized for the inconvenience or offered to make it right in any way. Definitely will never eat here again. Terrible customer service. The manager stated she didn’t send my cheese sauce to save the company money, even though I paid for it, and she ended up costing the company money by losing a returning customer over a $0.78 cup of cheese. Well done!
