Twice I have ordered something through the app later to be told that they don't have that item available and that I can't have a refund would I like something else and also almost always there is no condiments in my bad which I specifically asked for.

The wait was longer than I expected. But I’ve never had to wait on a restaurant to open up to serve breakfast before. We ordered brioche sandwiches one sausage one bacon , tater tots, one black coffee one coffee with creamer and sweetener. As we sat in the truck discussing the fact we had been sitting there for 30 minutes after ordering our food the girl comes out with our order. The food was hot the coffee was hot. The car hop was extremely polite and friendly. She was happy...
