The girl with the red hair and glasses made my subs today and she is by far the only one who has made them correctly. The veggies were fresh. It’s her and an older short lady working today and they have the place CLEAN AND FRESH. Veggies are fresh. The counter they made the subs on was super clean. The girl with the red hair and glasses did awesome please don’t get rid of that one. If anything give her a raise because that’s the type of customer service that is needed in this town!

I don’t understand why my sandwich is more like a burrito than a sandwich. Not happy with this. Literally my FLATBREAD SANDWICH was rolled up like a burrito. Didn’t ask for a wrap. My rotisserie chicken, is now SO SQUISHED inside my “sandwich” it’s actually dry and not enjoyable at all. Subpar food and presentation seems to be something that this location constantly lacks.

It's really just ok at best most days. They've been out of salami for a few days and I guess not getting more in for another 5 days? Sounds like maybe you should be doing something about that.
It's already expensive enough - too expensive really. At least have the ingredients.

Just placed order online got home and sandwiches had all vegetables on them that were not ordered on them toasted sandwiches were ice cold and no cheese on sandwiches that were supposed to have cheese even called before going to make sure that they were reopened due to remodel no courtesy or phone etiquette whatsoever didn’t even say it was subway the way that the phone was answered was “yeah can I help you”

The manager is the absolute worst here. Rude to the customers and to her employees. But I heard she’s very protective over her grandson that happens to work there too. I’ve heard that 90% of employees leave because of her. I was sitting down there to eat and I heard a loud shouting fight between her and one of her employees. Very disturbing!!! Ghetto Lady!!!
Do not bother to order DoorDash in the evening because these kids that are working here refuse to make it. The service is the absolute worst thing absolutely need more workers at night that actually care about their job in doing a good job.

Terrible service I went and they helped me reluctantly. They didn't want to help me because I speak Spanish and the only guy who spoke Spanish twisted his lips when he knew that I needed to be attended to in Spanish... and there was no one to complain to in the store... I better not come back
