cashier took forever to give us our card back then gave us our food just to see that our grilled cheese burrito wasn’t even cooked fully, the tacos barely even had meat. and the chips was like 5 in a little bag. pathetic… we keep coming back hoping they’ve improved in thier food but nope they need a new manager ASAP. (someone lmk when they get the manager from mcdonald’s over to taco bell)

the store stinks like burned bean managers are very rude food below average definitely the worst taco bell I’ve ever eaten at I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy 😂

We walked in and were greeted by three employees, who directed us to order from the screen.

We ordered from the screen, and we wanted creamy jalapeño sauce, so we clicked on creamy jalapeño sauce which was pictured as a 4oz container of creamy jalapeño sauce.

We received our food, and there was half an ounce of creamy J on the cheesy rollup, but not on the side like we expected.

When I approached one of the workers, she told us that’s what we picked. We made our case, saying we clicked on the image of the creamy J, expecting it on the side, and she proceeded to stand her ground as the defender of the creamy J.

She took her job defending her $0.40 creamy jalapeño cup so seriously, that she forgot about customer service. We did not receive what we expected… which was a result of being told to order from the screen instead of from one of the three workers.

I had an order that was incorrect, on my way to a job site and when I went to eat for my lunch the burritos where wrong but after calling the manager Ellis made it right and replaced the order. Thank you Ellis and for your team. God bless

It was horrible! First off there is no one at the counter , you have to take your own order in a system that I have never been trained on. I'm not an employee of Taco bell??? I finally place my order after 10 minutes of trying. I'm waiting like 20. I decide to ask the people in the back about my order, a rude gentleman by the name of Caesar comes and tells me that if I expect free food, that because I have not paid for my food there is no way they have began to make it. Mind you, I have already placed the order on their ordering system. Nowhere in the ordering system or in the front does it say to yell for help to pay for your order or they will not make it. This has been the worst service, I was spoken down to, and was even yelled at. What happened to customer service, one thing I do say I will not go back. I asked for supervisor they said they had no one around. I asked for a corporate number and they said that they don't know. It's a shame where customer service is going.

They always make it right when they have me waiting too long so there's that. But the food is super shiesty aka greedy with the steak. My steak quesadilla has hardly any steak here's a picture. This is what I pay $7 for it's crazy ?
