I am in Lovington for a meeting and some friends took me here to eat. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Full disclosure, I really prefer Tex-Mex food. Having said that , this would not qualify as Tex-Mex, but it was really good! I had a beef and chicken enchilada place and it was all good. The guacamole was especially good! I was told by my hosts that they really enjoy the Mexican seafood plates here. If you are in Lovington, this is definitely worth a stop. Enjoyed it!
Taqueria Jalisco fed my whole soccer team as we were in Lovington for a high school soccer game. The tortas asada, carnitas, barbacoa and chicken along with fries were delicious and all the players were satisfied. The staff were courteous and attentive and they worked within my player budget. Thank you!⚽️
Waitress was not knowledgeable of whether certain foods were spicy hot. They did provide samples to taste prior to ordering. Wait for food was extended time, compared to customers in attendance. Overall it was authentic Mexican food and this is what I was wanting.
